How long will it take my order to ship?

Please allow for 4-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Domestic delivery takes 7-15 days. 

Will  garments restock after they are sold out ?

Yes garments will restock after garments are sold out.

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

No refunds, exchanges only - see return policy.

What is the point of direct contact ?

I do not live in the U.S.A. or Canada. Can I still order online?

Canada Only.

Do my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud.

My order was place successfully, but why I didn’t I receive an email confirmation?

Due to high traffic, there may be a delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received your email please refer to your junk folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us including your order number and full name and we will resend your confirmation and resolve the issue.
